Let’s talk more about salmon

Salmon farming at 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞 starts with smolts at 50-70 grams and grows over 400 grams. It depends on the customers’ needs.

All growing period salmon are eating high-quality food from the global leader in aquaculture feed Skretting Norge. This first-rate fish food protects skin, gills, intestines, and supports the immune system. We think that good nutrition in aquaculture systems creates a healthy, high-quality product.

Salmon love both: saltwater and freshwater. Typically, salmon are anadromous: they are born in freshwater, migrate to the ocean, then return to freshwater to reproduce. 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞 has a Recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) and Flow-through technology. We use both systems to adapt to the required salinity for salmon. Also, to provide the best environment for fish and improve good fish health during the growing process.

Water quality is very important in fish farming so every day we look after the water chemical and physical factors.

Last year we sold almost 2 million of healthy fish. This year until the 1st of November, we sold about 2,8 million fish. Our company is growing fast.
